Another Bad Taste Office Picture from Barbara.

What can I say?
I met Gwen a few years back and I thought she was a real scatter-brained dingbat until I got to know her. She speaks three languages and is a lot smarter than I am. I love her to death! Unfortunately, she is a liberal and gives money to the ACLU. Bah! But she was the victim of political correctness and the Diversity Police a few months back and I'm hoping that she will come to her senses and I can make a libertarian out of her. She lives in another city and I never see her anymore. Maybe when I retire I'll go see her and work on her politics. She sent me the following link about the future of outsourcing. Look out India! Fortunately, these guys don't do any mainframe stuff so I'm safe until retirement.
I'm really torn about what to write about tonight. On page three of the Atlanta Urinal and Constipation they have two articles. One is about the freeing of Palestinian prisoners as part of the Roadmap to Nowhere. Excuse me, but when are the Palestinians gonna live up to their part of the deal? They have not taken the first step of the Roadmap, namely disbanding the terrorist infrastructure. They have declared a "truce". How long do you think that's gonna last. Bastards!
The other article was about California. Arnold is running!
I read in Wednesday's paper that California was losing population. I wonder if that includes illegal immigrants. My sister was one of those leaving and is she ever glad! That state is turning into a nuthouse. It has a deficit ($38 billion) more than twice the entire budget ($16 billion) of Georgia. BTW, Georgia is number two in increasing population.
But back to California. Most of the article was about Arnold.
''The politicians are fiddling, fumbling and failing,'' Schwarzenegger said while taping ''The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.''
This is what happens when you let liberals run a big state.
''The man that is failing the people more than anyone is Gray Davis. He is failing them terribly, and this is why he needs to be recalled and this is why I am going to run for governor,'' he said.
It's not just Grayout Davis, but the entire Dimocrat Party. Do you people in California realize that most of the rest of the country is hysterically laughing at you?
''Everything has to be provided for the people,'' Schwarzenegger declared after reciting a long list of government programs, from day care to education, that he said could be funded by state revenues if the tide of businesses leaving the state was reversed.
Now this does not bode well. "Everything has to be provided to the people"? Arnold is starting to sound like a Dimocrat. Well, he is married to a Kennedy.
Repeatedly vowing to ''clean house'' in Sacramento, he said the state's actions favoring special interests had sapped its ability to serve its citizens. Schwarzenegger's announcement could be a serious threat to Davis' bid to keep his job.
Remember the part in Terminator when Arnold said "Fuck you, asshole"? Hey, Gray Davis! Fuck you, asshole! The Terminator is coming for you.
But Gray Davis is acting like a Clinton dimocrat.
And Davis, whose personal attacks on his opponents are famous in California political lore, is reported to have compiled a dossier of damaging information on Schwarzenegger, including allegations of womanizing.
And Bill and Hillary are gonna campaign for him. It's gonna get dirty 'cause no one does the politics of personal destruction better than the Clintons. And this is gonna be a dress rehearsal for Hillary's presidential campaign in either 2004 or 2008. There is gonna be a lot of mud slung between now and October.
And Diane Feinstein (who's for gun control, but like a typical hypocritical Dimocrat, has a license to carry) checked in.
''This recall demonstrates that virtually anyone with $1.5 million can hire professional petition gatherers certain to produce enough signatures to force a future recall of any state elected officials,'' Feinstein said in a statement. ''It sets a terrible precedent which ought to cause us all to think very carefully.''
Just like Dimocrats filibustering judical appointements "sets a terrible precedent which ought to cause us to think very carefully." (Attention trolls! This is the first time judicial appointments have ever been filibustered. And if the Republicans had any balls they would make the Dimocrats do a full bore filibuster and stop all Senate business. Fucking cowards!) Just like the Dimocrats in Texas running off to Oklahoma and New Mexico "sets a terrible precedent which ought to cause us all to think very carefully.'' I especially like the fact that the Texas Dimocrats who ran off to New Mexico were sent a supply of baby rattles and diapers.
But it gets better.
But California voters will have plenty of other choices.
Candidates have until 8 p.m. EDT Saturday to qualify for the election. It requires only $3,500 and 65 signatures, and already about 400 people have taken the initial step of obtaining papers from election officials.
I can hardly wait! Who's running?
On Wednesday's NBC-TV ''Today'' show, columnist and commentator Arianna Huffington announced her candidacy as an independent.
The little people should conserve energy while she lives in a big energy consuming mansion. She used to be a conservative, but somewhere along the line she turned into a loony.
Her ex-husband, Michael Huffington, a former Republican congressman, also is considering a bid.
This should be fun. Huffington vs Huffington.
Other candidates include Gary Coleman, star of the 1980s sitcom ''Diff'rent Strokes,''
One of the little people.
and Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt.
This is great! His campaign slogan: I can no longer screw women, so I want to screw California.
Here's sumpin' neat. Larry Flynt and Huster are being sued for sexual harassment by a female employee 'cause she found some sex toys in a dishwasher on the same floor as Larry Flynt's office. I don't really understand this lawsuit. Wouldn't going to work for Hustler be described as consensual sexual harassment? I mean, this is a magazine that totally degrades women. It's like being a female intern for Clinton. You're waiving all your rights to file a sexual harassment lawsuit 'cause you're going to go to work for a pervert.
And speaking of Clinton, doesn't this just show the hypocricy of NOW that they were allied with Larry Flynt, a man who has made a living publishing a disgusting magazine (I have been a Playboy subscriber for years and Hustler makes Playboy look classy) that degrades women? As Michael Barone said during impeachment, "NOW has shown us exactly what they are. Now we're just haggling over the price".
A chain of 99-cent-only stores, meanwhile, is offering to pay the fee and get the signatures needed for someone 99 years old who wants to run. And several individuals have changed their names in an effort to promote their upcoming movies or Web sites on an official state ballot.
Oh man! This is gonna be fun to watch!
Send in the clowns.
