I've been saving this one since July. One of my old Navy buddies sent it to me, and damned if Barbara M. came through and sent it to me also. When I first saw this, I immediately thought of Pumpman. It sure is a good thing he's up in North Georgia for Halloween. I can just see him saying, "Hey kids, look what I can make Roscoe do!"
