But being a woman (cough, cough) driver from MN, I'd say that the ground should be covered in snow.
And it wouldn't be a parking lot. More like the freeway thanks to all the fellow drivers who share the road "forget" how to drive in snow.
After all, it's only winter here 8 months (feels like it anyway) out of the year.
Geez.
