Sometimes it's a really tough life. The nice thing about being retired is I do not have to take tomorrow off.

Must be a great pension to afford those prices....

So who's cutting the cheese?

My menu:

First (and only): Hand-scrambled Grade A White Eggs, garnished with Medium Pace Picante Sauce (Chipotle) and Cheap Grocery-Store Cheddar (crumbly and waxy, buttery-yet-piquant flavor, faint chemical finish)

Slightly-Damp Whole-Wheat Saltine, pre-bitten by toddler

Vintage 2004 Barq's Root Beer (Atlanta) served in the can, with a chaser of milk served in a sippy-cup emblazoned with "The Incredibles"

Dessert: three sticky Fruit-Chews and a spoonful of Peanut Butter (Creamy)

Actually it only cost $50.

Denny, you're going to need a coronary Roto-Rooter after that feast. Sounds like a great evening. I hope you'll comment on some of your preferred wines. Oh, and what does "French Grapevine Ash" taste like? ;-)

LOL, TwoDragons!! Especially the "pre-bitten by toddler" cracker... I can relate.
