They're fixing to open the Clinton Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. Here is an artist's rendition taken off the Clinton Library web page.
This is supposed to represent the bridge to the 21st Century. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who thinks this looks like a trailer. Rich sent me a picture of the library next to a picture of a trailer and the resemblance was uncanny. How apropos that our white trash president, Slick Willie, has a library that looks like a trailer. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Heh. Look at the bridge leading to it, there are three pieces that you can see, but the middle section is raised above the other two.
