The picture is quite rich in info. Looks like a kids water park, not the place a wealthy couple would be at unless they had children, if even then. I do not think a therapist wold wear that suit as a favor to a patient. Go to a water park, yes, dress like that, I question.
The handholding also makes me doubt.
