I've had one for several years. A friend borrowed my truck and put it in the back window. Several months later I got stopped by the Highway Patrol Motor Carrier Inspector. He stopped behind the cab and read it out loud. Since I always travel armed, and advise officers of the presence of the gun, my responce was "yep, and I got the artillery right here to do it."
We had a good laugh over it.

It says tagging not required....I assume it's OK to tag them anyway?

I bought one a couple of months ago for myself but gave it to a Navy SEAL friend. Thanks for the link, because he asked me to get some for his buddies. As he said, "If I lose my permit, I'm out of a job!"
