They look real to me. When she's laying on her back in bed they'll look much nicer.

They've got to be real. She doesn't have that "shelf" thing goin' on (but maybe that just indicates a bad "job"). Still, they have a natural separation, evidenced by the somewhat elongated shape and place right around the sternum, the area 2 inches in diameter, just below her necklace.

Pawpaw - The bad thing about her laying on her back is one will flop to one side and one will flop to the other. They're already starting to sag as John pointed out. They won't look very hot by the time she's 40.
