Without the black vote, they're history, and the libs know it, which is why they want open borders with Mexico.

Bush is more liberal that Bill Clinton. I hated Bush and his policies before 9/11, back him on the war (but not the way it is being handled, need to get very agressive), but we'er back to the bad programs, amnesty, poorly run government agencies (like every one of them, including the DOJ who gets walked on by leakers and the NYTs).

There are no real conservatives out there except for some of these intelligent, well intentioned black representatives.

You are right Willie, the first black president will be a conservative. I'm also disenchanted with W. Although I voted for him twice I will always think that I was betrayed by him on some positions such as immigration and spending. But again looking back, who else was
there to vote for. Looking ahead for 08 who is out there now? George Allen is probably the only conservative out of the bunch of wannabes.So here we go again.

With the current state of the Republican Party, I doubt I'll vote for any candidate ever again. I'll vote on local issues and PRAY they get implemented, but I'm not buying into any more bullshit from people like this.

Politicians are nothing but used car salesmen in plaid suits. They tell what they know you want to hear, they get what they want, and then you get fucked. Period. Marksman, I too have my disagreements with President Bush, but while some may disagree with the way we are fighting this war, remember that he was the only viable candidate who thought the war was worth fighting. I'd rather have a President who is dedicated to fighting the Islamo-fascist War and argue strategy, than to have Kerry or Gore and re-live the Carter era when we were begging our Commander-in-Chief to defend his country.
