No Pual, they are funney. The original government issued quarters were to be representitive of the states. I think the parody issues are actually better. Did you hear about the hacker that got into the Washington State web site and skewed the voting on our quarter. They caught it in time and will have to revote. The version he picked was a real loser, better for the parody than the real issue.

I'm sure SD has more than one black citizen, the funny part is the way in which ND is presented. A whisper. That speakes volumes.
