That would be funny if it weren't so true! Bastards!

Ain't it the truth! Ain't it the truth!

I'm surprised the Uncle Sam isn't pictured with one hand held behind his back by Kofi Annan, to tell the truth. I look forward to reading the Red Cross report on the treatment and condition of the Israeli hostages, by the...way....oh, right.

Thank you Duncan...my thoughts exactly.
The USA made up these rules of engagement.

It's just the difference between democracy and tyrany, between human beings and barbarians. This picture is just the truth. But you can look at it from another point of view.

So phil, what's the other point of view? And who's other point of view?

no, its what you like to think is the trruth. when the referees back is turned, you'll be biting and gnawing as much as the terrorist

Matthew, please get yourself a clue. When American troops go over the line--a rare occurence--we are horrified as a nation, and the wrongdoers are punished.

On the other hand, when Moslem barbarians engage in yet another act of savagery against the infidel, Moslems around the world cheer.

If you can't be bothered to pay attention to what is actually happening in the world around us, don't waste Denny's bandwith with your ignorant postings.

Nicely put Squidley, but you have to cut poor 'ol, naive matthew g some slack. The UK's media is more liberally biased that ours (is that possible?). And I suppose he gets his information from MTV, or Sponge Bob or something like that. His tiny little brain can only retain little bits and pieces that he writes down in between the American Idol commercial breaks. It's okay matthew, we know you aren't the sharpest tool in the shed, and we understand that you have to ride the short bus to school. I know it's going to be a challenge for you, but when you get off that short bus and remove your helmut, try and think for yourself.

I came over here via Wordsmith.

This cartoon is really the unmitigated truth, and nothing but the truth.

I hope you don't mind, but I would like to leave a comment to Squidley. Squidley (love that name!) you cannot expect a liberal to pay attention to what is actually happening in the world around us; if they were capable of doing that, then they wouldn't be liberals! ;)

Sheesh! Charlie Delta did a far better job than I did. If that comment had been there when I began commenting, I wouldn't have bothered. Kudos, Charlie Delta! :)

Thanks Gayle, but it's not a contest. If you look closely we were both posting at the same time, I'm just quicker on the draw... ;-)

Please cut Matthew some slack. He is a student in the UK and gets liberal pablum shoved down his throat by his socialist teachers. He is not dumb, he is naive.

Denny, you're right, but that's why I told him to get a clue.

Matthew, in addition to the self-hating, Other-worshiping BS you're exposed to in school and mainstream news, try finding other sources. You obviously have Internet access, so do some searching.

I also recognize that you are smart, and that you have potential, but in order to realize that potential, you'll have to expand your horizons.

CD & Gayle,

Thanks!
