I watched Chris Matthews last night (briefly)...he had a slew of libs talking about the Muslim population being "sick of the West humiliating them," that we need to help them with our educational system and acknowledge their poverty, and that's why we have problems with terrorism. They are causing worldwide problems because they have hurt feelings? Where do these people get their ideas???

Never in our history has any political party during a time of war acted in such a traitorous manner, villifying the president, giving aid & comfort to the enemy, dishonoring our troops while in harm`s way & actually hoping for an American withdrawal without honor or an outright defeat..........Until now!!

Is there anyone who thinks the American voters are smart enough to recognize the despicable actions of the Dimocratic leadership? Do you actually believe this will be remembered by the voters when the election rolls around? Do you think the vast majority of those who identify with the dimocrats or proclaim independant status really care?

Once there was a time you could swich horse`s at Election time with assurance that when control for the conduct of a war changed hands , while methods might change, patriotism of the new regime & a belief in American would still mean the war would be fought to a successful American victory.

That was then , this is now & we have a bunch of leftwing liberals & socialists controlling the dimocratic party consumed with hatred for Bush who are so obsessed with a pathetic desire for return to politican power,they do not care if we lose the war over muslim fundamentalism.

The real problem in this country as I see it is far to many Americans are so out of touch with reality the dimocrats will at least elect a president this time around at a minimum. I sincerely hope to be proven wrong, God help us if it is Hillary.

Imagine what would happen to them were they to condemn their leaders in Venezuela or Libya or Iran or North Korea or Saudi Arabia or any of the countries they seem to love so much more than their own. Hell, imagine what would have happened to them in THIS country circa 1942.

dudley1 - Actually in 1864 the Dimocrats were just as bad. Even then, they wanted to cut and run. The same things they are saying about Bush (authoritarian, wants to curtail civil rights) they said about Lincoln. After all, Lincoln suspended habeas corpus.
