I find this picture odd. There is no way this could have been taken in France. If you notice there is a bathroom in the back ground, now we all know that the cheese eating surrender monkeys never bathe. Fear and B.O. Thats what causes that funny smell. So perhaps this was taken recently at the U.N. ?
