RIP Milton

Milton Friedman is dead at 94. He was an unfettered free market economist and a monetarist. If you have never read his book, Free to Choose, you should. He will be missed. RIP Milton Friedman.

I saw this earlier today online - he will be missed. He was an annual guest on Milt Rosenberg's show on WGN radio in Chicago. What a brilliant man.

He believed in the Free Market and was adept at explaining it to the average American. He also believed in America, in the same way Ronald Reagan believed in America. Milton Friedman will be missed, but his wonderful ideas live on.

RIP Milton Friedman....

I found his obit on page "4" of section B of the local paper, yes! he shall be missed by people who have any fiscal sense.

Now if it had been Doctor Phil , Regis Or Oprah who croaked, it would have been on the front page with a poll being taken as to how your life was influenced by their significant impact to your life. Is it just me or is this world really as whacko as it appear`s to be?

Milton Friedman is one of the most important economists in the modern era. He was largely responsible for the Neo-Classical Economic movement, supplanting the more socialistic Keynesian economic theory.

Friedman is a pioneer for promoting the monetarist theory, resulting in fewer and less severe recessions.

RIP
