That would give Republicans control of the Senate. My prediction? Ain't gonna happen, but it sure would be fun listening to the howls of outrage from the left if it did. The Dims and the LSM would go batshit crazy.

That would really be a bitch since the dims already have judges confirmations backed up again. A plus would be if Rootbeer Ginsburg would step down. They would be in a tissy as most of them are running for president and would have to spend time in DC. Lets hope that Reid is stupid enough to go for it and Joe crosses over.

The Governor of SD is a real American, i.e. a Republican, and he would appoint Johnson's replacement if he was unable to finish his term.
Whats the deal with Johnson? his mind is more functional than swimmers. If he was brain dead, he would be just another typical dem.
I hate to say it, but as long as the life support can keep his temp up, the dems will not allow a replacement.

But it ain`t gonna happen because Lieberman is at heart a loyal dimocrat in spite of the trashing he suffered at the behest of the guiding lights of the dimocratic party.
When the dimocrats got Jumpin Jim Jeffords to leap from the Republican party they were all serious about a man has his conscience & he is free to execise his free will to satisfy it. It would be something to watch the shit storm develop were Lieberman to do the same. I`ll bet the farm a mans duty to satisfy his conscience would not even be on the agenda for consideration as the dimocratic shit storm is unleashed.
