Here's sumpin neat. Hillary drops Rodent. She is now not gonna be Hillary Rodent Clinton anymore. She's gonna be just Hillary Clinton. Must be sumpin' to do with polling data. She did the same thing back in 1992 when people thought she was trying to be one of them uppity feminist chicks.
I can still remember after the election, Jesse Jackson visited her in the White House and in an interview afterwards called her Hillary Rodman Clinton. I was trying to decide whom should be most insulted: Dennis Rodman or Hillary.
Today was a fantastic day in Beautiful Dunwoody. I got my veggie garden in last week. Today I turned on the irrigation system and checked for leaks. Everything looks great! Almost have the Great Berm of Dunwoody all ready for when Ryan and Sherry come down from South Carolina for the Great Pruning Party of 2007. We're gonna need two truckloads of pine straw and some landscape timbers to get the last raised bed up to the height of the others.
So I heard that John Murtha, over the weekend, wants to impeach the president. Bring it on fatboy. You saw how well that worked for the Republicans didn't you?
Someone told me that there was a Dimocrat Party debate last week. Unfortunately, it was on MSNBC so nobody saw it, me included. I did read that all of these Dimocrat environmentalists, who were oh so worried about our planet, all took private jets to the debate. I don't know about you, but if they are so concerned about the environment, dontcha think they could jetpool? It's the least they could do. Maybe they all bought carbon offsets. I wouldn't know since Drooling Cumspot quit e-mailing me. Dude! Save the whales!
Now the Dims seem to be all concerned about Darfur. Who gives a fuck? Do they have any oil? No. Maybe they think there are WMDs there. Dims always seem to want us to commit troops to nonstrategic areas, like Somalia. Then, when things get rough in Darfur, which they will, they'll want to cut and run just like we did in Somalia. Fktards!
I used to coach girls' softball. I always told my girls that if they put out all the effort they were are capable of; if they played as hard as they could, they would have nothing to be ashamed of. They did the best they could and they could do no better. There have been times I've tried as hard as I could, put forth my best effort, and still failed and it has really pissed me off. It shouldn't but it does. I gave it my best shot and it wasn't good enough.
Even though the Dow dropped 30 points today, this SRFİ got snottier and richer today. I am richer than I have ever been. Fuck the poor. I think I'll get fucked up. Oh, wait a minute, I already am! Stoly on the rocks. Grilled chicken and fettucine al Fredo. Half a bottle of Cotes du Rhone. Actually I have one glass left that i'm saving for 24.
Ciao y'all!
Posted by denny at April 30, 2007 09:58 PMThe guy who writes a conservative column for my newspaper (he's around 70 years old) calls her "Senator Chicken Caca." I cannot tell you the barrage of hate mail we get, pleading with him to stop calling her that, but it always makes me giggle. The zenith of immaturity.
Posted by: Erica on April 30, 2007 09:56 PMThe funniest thing about her name change is. On all her Senate paperwork she still refers to herself as the rodent. It all depends on where and to whom she is speaking. She can shape change better than that chick Tuwminatow in T3. What moral sellout she is! "I'll be back". Good god I hope not!
Here is the link to her Senate website. Notice the name at the top of the page?

Denny-
You should write more often when you're fucked up! You don't hold back, and in my opinion, that's when you do some of your best writing.
CD - You're right, but I do have to stay sober at least some of the time.

Okay, but do me a favor and get blitzed and do a rant about my favorite new holiday:
A DAY WITHOUT A MEXICAN!
Posted by: CharlieDelta on April 30, 2007 11:01 PMSave the whales!
Yes! Please do! Please HELP!
Darfur. Who gives a fuck? I do.
I always told my girls that if they put out all the effort they were are capable of; if they played as hard as they could, they would have nothing to be ashamed of. Not True!!
There have been times I've tried as hard as I could, put forth my best effort, and still failed and it has really pissed me off. It shouldn't but it does. Isn't this contradictory? If not something else?
I am richer than I have ever been.
Me too!! I made $3,756.81 today. Plus the paltry $570 for my 3-hour workday.
But:
Fuck the poor. ??? I don't think so!
I think I'll get fucked up. Oh, wait a minute, I already am!
I see your problem. I do it in reverse. I feel your pain. You'll get it right.
Stoly on the rocks. Grilled chicken and fettucine al Fredo. Half a bottle of Cotes du Rhone.
Beer. Cold imported beer. Meatloaf, mashed 'taters, green beans and fresh-baked bread with soft butter. A nice salad of iceberg lettuce, baby tommy-toes, carrots, bread crumbs, a sprinkling of bacon-bits and bits of swiss cheese.
50cc's of Black Bush 1608 Single Malt to settle the meal prior to watching Spurs-Nuggets.
And another draw from the keg of Beck's.
(URrrpppp!)
Posted by: DanS on May 1, 2007 12:00 AMSorry, Mexicans-
What I meant to say was ILLEGAL Mexicans.
You need to understand something about this household of ours:
The more I make, the better I do, the Wife still gives 50-70% of it away to various causes & charities.
She works as the "Ice Cream Lady" at Shiloh Middle School from 11AM until 2PM for $10.15/Hr. She teaches watercolor and General Art two night's a week for an additional $35 bucks.
In short, we think that while money matters, it ain't the big thing; happiness is.
Mock it as you might, we were once so poor that an entire package of hot dogs was considered a blessing & a wondrous-gift suffcient for almost an entire week.
We've learned this: the less we worry about money, the faster it comes to us. We've learned that empowering other's around us in non-monetary ways is a more valuable use of time.
I can't explain it & more than once we've fought over how income should be further-re-distributed, but I want to make sure you understand that it comes in far-faster than it goes out.
Don't hate on me because I can't control the Little Missus in this regard. May 14 still marks 30 years of wedded-bliss.
I'm convinced that the quality of inter-personal relationships almost automatically bestows monetary riches... -as long as inter-personal relationships are not the basis for monetary wealth.
But what do I know?
Sorry Danitio-
In short, money matters a whole-fucking-lot!
Money makes the world go 'round, whether you like it or not.
I'm all for the barter system. Bring it back! I would guarantee you that there would be less suckin' off the system if the scumbags actually had to produce something for something in return!
Bring back Americans!
Posted by: CharlieDelta on May 1, 2007 01:13 AMCorrect me if I'm wrong, but if Bush were to be impeached, doesn't Dick Cheney then become president?
Posted by: Jerry on May 1, 2007 06:07 AMGood morning everyone! Happy Veto! Bet that will put the rodent in a snit!
Posted by: vetfromhell on May 1, 2007 06:08 AMhow income should be further-re-distributed,
Spoken like a true lib.
Denny...
Sheesh! but it is a tough life being a snotty rich fuck but someones gotta do it...keep up the good work.
Dans....you were once so poor?....Hell, when I was a kid my family got care packages from Europe & I was adopted by a Korean family. Nah, not really, but these were great lines from a comedian back in the 50`s....to bad I forgot his name.
Jerry....You figured out what is hiding under the big rock the dimocrats are trying to move, isn`t it beautiful what they do not yet realize? Maybe Bush will really screw the dimocrats & resign, I will bet Cheney would not pout up wit their BS.
Posted by: dudley1 on May 1, 2007 08:34 AMAround here we call her Hillary Goddamn Clinton.
Posted by: formerlib on May 1, 2007 08:49 AMImperach Bush? YES! But not for the reasons some might think. Impeachment means gridlock, and our government will spend two years stuck in a rut. Bush would survive, but congress would be tied up until it was done.
Jerry,
If the dims did that, they would impeach Dick as well. This will be a power grab on their part, and in the long shot that it does happen, Nancy P Lousy would beat John Edwards to becoming the first woman president, with a possible chance to edge Peanut brain out of the bottom slot of worst president ever.
It's too cool when you rub the SRF ideas in their face Denny. I think it's the same kind of thing that Rush Limbaugh engages in when he says "half my brain tied behind my back" and such, and especially when the President says "Newk-Ular." You know in both instances they're just rubbing it in the lib's faces.
PS: Is your garden in synchronization with your Development's Aesthetic Police guidelines? LOL
Posted by: Kentucky Joe on May 1, 2007 09:35 AMCD,
You had it right the first time. We don't need Mexicans, legal, or illegal, in this country. I know you sure don't want them, and neither do I or most of the others around here. The proper place for Mexicans is, surprisingly enough, Mexico.
To those who would say "I have no problem with legal immigration," I would respond with this: would it be OK with you if the entire population of Mexico moved to the US, as long as they did it legally? If your answer is no (and I hope and pray it is), then you are in favor of restrictions on immigration, bless your heart.
If you want to know what unlimited legal immigration does to a country, look no further than England. With the massive influx of not only Moslems but also Eastern Europeans, England has become a multi-culti cesspool where the English are strangers in their own land. I feel sorry for the English. They saved their beautiful country from Hitler, but lost it to the traitors from within.
Posted by: Squidley on May 1, 2007 10:02 AMDarfur pisses me off. America, really NOONE, has any strategic interest there. This Janjaweed ragfvcks know this so they rape and pillage because they are mooslim and because they can. I do not want to risk American lives there, but I think it could be a magnificent receptacle of our target practice though. Hell, finance the motherfvcker with pay per view.. I'll bite. "Tune in at ten to see Mohamed, Mustafa, and MachMood get the business end of some leftover napalm we found in Fort Sill.....only $49.95!!"
Posted by: patrick on May 1, 2007 10:10 AMHillary is dropping her maiden name simply because the sting of her "baking cookies" statement has apparently gone away.
Denny, you're always right on the button when you talk about the millions of women who look up to Hillary after she allowed her husband to humiliate her in front of the entire world.
It's disheartening.
Posted by: Greg on May 1, 2007 10:31 AMI thought her name was hilly ram-a-ham in my clit - ton!
Posted by: tanzfleck on May 1, 2007 10:47 AMI believe the plan is to impeach Cheney *first*. That way they aren't impeaching two Presidents.
DanS - I say it because try as I might I didn't succeed. I keep thinking if I would have done sumpin' different it would have been OK. 'Nuff said about that.
Don't get me started on poverty. I grew up poor. Plus I got married at 19 (divorced at 21)and tried to live on a seaman duece (E2) salary (and BAQ) because my wife couldn't hold a job longer than two months. That's just one of the reasons we got divorced. There were others. On the upside, it was nice coming home from ET school and getting a homecooked meal and getting laid. You may not remember but 19 year old kids are walking erections.
Income should be redristibuted? To whom? To those who sit on their asses and let gummint take care of them and make all their decisions. We saw how well that worked in Nawlins. FEMA was slow, but the first efforts should have been made by the city and state gummint. Mayor Asshole cowered in a hotel room and Governor Useless looked like the proverbial deer in the headlights.
In a capitalist society, income is earned. I don't mind helping those who, through no fault of their own, because of disease or a castrophic accident, fall into hard times. I do get pissed off at supporting welfare brood mares (both white and black) who are parasites on our economic system.
Posted by: Denny on May 1, 2007 01:23 PMhillary RODHAM clinton......
Dropping Rodham is she!.........Well you can take a donkey & call it an Arabian Stallion & fool some people but to any who pay attention, it is still a donkey, jackass if you are a dimocrat.
In a similar vein one of our local minor LSM types referred to Hillary as a mainstream moderate who represents the position of what the average American believes in.........I ain`t making this up, the nitwit was about 21/22 years of age with no practical experience in life yet has chosen to crown Hillary as the Queen of mainstream America. Like I said you will fool some of the people"The dimocratic base & the special Ed graduates" but those who pay attention know better.
By the way I see John Edwards has said ,when he becomes El Presidente one of his priorties is to return the taxation rates on the wealthy back to the levels of the Clinton era , higher if he can get the legislative branch of the government to agree. He said with more money available for the poor & disadvantaged America will be a better society to live & grow in.
BWAHAHAHAHAHEE! Get your gardens ready the horseshit is starting to fly.

To the AJC, Comcast, Geico, Bank of America, Walton EMC, AG&L, Gwinnett Sanitation, and the County Tax, Tag and extortion rackets.
But my Beloved goes beyond this to ...
"The American Indian Relief Fund"
"Catholic Pregnant Females" (!)
"Lighthouse for the Blind"
Sometimes I just want to strangle her for her "Genorosity of Spirit & Resources!"
BUT, I'm still here with her .
Merely a "Quickies"-take on things.

See, that right there, is perhaps the only real MAJOR difference between us.
I "think" I might have wanted your situation in that time and period, but I "KNOW" you didn't want mine.
My E2-experience was Marine Boot, Tijuana, Brig-mate, and an OVERWHELMING sense of loss-of-self.
Born desperately-poor, my response to this was to immerse myself in any and all things Marine. And it paid off ....kinda.
The point is, I have a disconnect between "I Think" and "I KNOW!"
Doesn't mean I'm wrong nor right; doesn't make me Lib nor Pub. I merely try to share my experience & perception of that experience in a forum (hosted by YOU) that allows for such and is also posted daily.
Address that soon, would you? The disconnect between "I Think" and "I KNOW!"
Posted by: DanS on May 6, 2007 12:54 AMDanS - In my case there is not much difference between "I think" and "I know" because I'm almost never wrong. It's hard to deal with almost perfection.
Kentucky Joe - My garden is in the back of the house where no one can see it.
