Um, is this real or photoshopped? I'm probably naive questioning this. But, seriously, I have seen overbites like this before. Real or not though, that be one fugly bitch.

Is that the same horse in both pics? kinda hard to tell for me, but it looks like one of the front and one of the rump.

How the world did they get permission from that horse to use the picture? Clearly they just told the horse what they had in mind.

I got your troll msg. I was just being honest. My heart goes out to those that have to deal with the VA. I spent many hours on the phone with them this w/e trying to get my patient the antibiotic that he needed and they kept telling me that it was not one of their approved meds. Even though their VA Doc prescribed it. It was a battle royal and I cannot understand why the VA treats our Vets this way. They served our country and should get the medical care that they deserve. My medicaid patients get better medical care then my Vet patients.

Hell of a way to treat those who legitimately are entitled to benefits.
