I have to agree, the problem is there's just so little reward (meat) for all the work (cleaning) it takes to get at it.

Actually, this one's kind of gross, and that's coming from someone that does gross all day.

Any smaller and you can just eat 'em like a "balute" or whatever those unhatched, boiled chicken/egg delicacies are called.

Oooooh! Got a soft heart for the bunnies! That looks like one of the little field bunnies we used to get in our back yard. Kind of sad when a cat gets hold of one. I'm getting as mooshy as a librul. Please take the bunny away!
