Is Pope Albert I in Chicago?
300 Flights At O'Hare Canceled Due To Snow Big Delays At Both Airports; Up To Four Inches Expected By NightfallCHICAGO (CBS) ― The third significant snowstorm of the season has descended upon Chicago, creating a slippery ride for drivers and a tough day for folks at the airports.
The Chicago Department of Aviation said at 8 p.m. that delays at O'Hare International Airport were 30 to 45 minutes. United Airlines officials said they were seeing delays of as much as 3 hours. There were 300 cancellations at O'Hare, reduced from an earlier total of 450 for the day. United has been the hardest hit with 148 flights canceled; American Airlines canceled 110.
Yeah. But just think how bad this would be if there were no global warming.
I think Algore must be in Chicago - it's been years since they've gotten that much snow. I know - I lived there for 24 years - the last 5 or 6 were pretty much a series on one inch accumulations... none of this "inches" stuff.
Posted by: Teresa of Technicalities on December 29, 2007 04:14 PMYep, I've certainly got to hand it to the Exalted One Pope Al I. This global warming thing is really getting out of hand. Why, this past month in Las Vegas, temperatures have frequently been falling below freezing. I know that's not saying a lot to you folks back east and in the midwest, but trust me: over here in southern Nevada, it's a big fuckin' deal. Last winter it snowed a few times (in VEGAS!), and this season it is threatening to do the same. My God! If it weren't for global warming, we'd probably be having blizzards! Thanks, Pope Al! You really earned that Nobel Prize, didn't ya?
They tell us temperatures are rising, yet everything I see is frozen. "Global warming" my pasty white ass.
Posted by: Agamemnon Jones on December 29, 2007 10:42 PMOh, but none of you really understand! All this cold weather is proof positive that Global Warming is happening!
Somehow.
I hope this recent cold weather is just temporary. We have somewhere around 6 billion people on the planet, and there's going to be food for about 6 million when the present interglacial period ends.
1000 people competing for enough food to keep one person alive.
Posted by: Phillep on December 29, 2007 11:31 PMBut, but . . . where were the Flying Imams?
Surely they might have invoked the Flying Carpet rule?
Posted by: PQ on December 30, 2007 08:04 AMIf Phillep is right then I guess the mormons will survive the longest since they have all the canned food..........unless CD scouts out where the mormons live. He is undoubtedly better armed and can abscond the food....I guess I will move to somewhere near CD and try to stay in his good graces.
Posted by: patrick on December 30, 2007 11:23 AMThis is why they no longer even talk about "Global Warming" in the Dead Tree Media or on TV. Every newspaper, magazine, and CNN piece is about "Climate Change".
I don't buy into conspiracy theories, but it's almost like someone passed out a memo to The Mainstream Media about a month ago, and insisted on this change. They're trying to cover their bets on the legislation they want to get passed for their buddies. They're not even being subtle.
Put the words RICHEST VICE PRESIDENT into Google. It's amazing. And we're going to let it happen.
Pope AlGore & the Church of Holy Moly Global Something or Other.....
The real Evangelical Truth...
1. AlGore is full of BS & I do not mean Benevolent Salvation.
2. He is all about AlGore, lining his pockets & demanding others bend to the will of his environmental church while living a life style which is in contradiction to his pronouncements.
3.He is delusional & actually beginning to believe his own crap ....as long as it pertains to others.
4.As he pontificates & spreads his agenda which is suspiciously political in nature , the tinfoil hatted faithful genuflect & pray for his crusade to succeed all the while ignoring the increasing evidance for the fallacy of his message.
5. The raving Moonbats circle over head much as did the mystical angelic presence depicted in Christian Artwork.
6.Just as The disciples of Jesus spread the word of God to convert the multitude & bolster the faith of the early Christian believers so does the modern day disciples...the mainstream media present the BS according to Pope AlGore as divine truth without benefit of substantiation be it revelation or natural.
7. Throughout the history of the United States various charlatans in the name of divine inspiration have bilked the general public who were desperate to believe in something.....We have all pondered as to how ordinary people could have been so gullible but history has a way of repeating itself.....now we have Pope AlGore huckstering his crap in whatever manner people will accept it....could a tent revival be next.
8.Prophets have proclaime doomsday scenarios & the end of time numerous instances..even naming dates ,who & by what means.Failure has never discouraged the faithful, neither will the eventual failure of Pope AlGores crusade.
9. I guess the wisest course of action is to just weather the journey until reality sets in for most except for the hardcore believers & wonder what could be next.
10.Ignorance is bliss ...it is also eternal!

Is there a resemblance between Algore and Muhammed? They are appearing to act alike. I wonder if Algore has any 9 year old brides stashed in his house?

Maybe so but stupidity can kill you.

Do I detect a bit of sarcasm or is it that you think Pope AlGore is right?
Somehow I just do not see you as agreeing with the Gorecal on anything.
