Hillary Rodent Clinton on "making change".
The only change I want to see Hillary making is at the drive-thru at a Burger King. Preferably not at one in Georgia.
Posted by denny at January 6, 2008 05:56 PMSomeone please educate me on this. If Hillary loses her presidential bid, does she lose her Senate seat?
Posted by: Paul on January 6, 2008 06:48 PMPaul - Dudley is right. IMAO Hillary ran for senate only to do this presidential run. she has introduced no meaningful legislation that can tie her to any position. In a state that has had relavent senators (ie Monyhan ) I wonder if they will sour on her pretty quick....then again, they call them dims for a reason.
Posted by: patrick on January 6, 2008 07:44 PMI still say that a senator should have to give up the seat in order to run for the presidency, as they miss several hundred votes.
Posted by: greg1 on January 6, 2008 09:30 PMnot a bad thought greg1. thing is.....when was the last time a sitting senator won the presidency......?? 1960. not exactly the fast track.
Posted by: patrick on January 6, 2008 09:32 PMAre we sure we want Clinton voting in the first place? Seems to me she does the Senate more good absent than present.
Posted by: Paul on January 6, 2008 09:39 PMJust the sound of that bitch's voice makes me cringe.
Posted by: CharlieDelta on January 6, 2008 10:48 PMgreg1 - Back in 1996 the Dims raised a ruckus about Dole running for president while being the Senate majority leader. He resigned. A Dim would never do that.
Posted by: Denny on January 6, 2008 11:46 PMHillary, I need change! Could you give me two fives for this ten?
Posted by: Alan on January 7, 2008 12:56 AMHillary-
I need change! Can you change this blue dress into a red one? And can you get this annoying white spot to go away? A change of address would be helpfull to, 'cause I don't wanna wake up dead...
Yes, change is good!
Posted by: Monica on January 7, 2008 01:45 AMAlan...this is Hilary (smartest in the world)
You could prolly get 2 tens for a 5!!!
Patrick
Thats what I have been saying Kennedy was the last to win from the Senate, I dont think this year will be any different. Yes the Senators dont really understand that but as a taxpayer paying there salary I want them to fucking show up for work. The rest of the free world does not get paid for not working so why should they. When Dole ran he resigned his seat. Ok it did not work out for him but at least he had the balls to give it up.
Greg1......
I am glad to see you get & understand one of the fundamental problems associated with many of our Senators & Congressmen in that for whatever reason their representation in our behalf is suspect.
The problem is far to many of our fellow countrymen do not understand or care....this is the reason those like Hillary are able to get away with the BS they do especially as the main stream media covers up or ignores the reality of what these people are.
Still I am gratified as people come forward such as yourself who do get it & speak up . Keep at it, every little bit helps.
Denny .........
Any word from Socialist Sally?.......She always wanted independent confirmation for statements made by Hillary,Well.....she should go to Parkway Rest Stop who has a link to a site which has a collection of statements uttered by Hillary which covers those which I offered as proof of her foul mouth & arrogance back in 2007 & shows evidence of an anti -Jewish bias.
Any truth to the rumor Socialist Sally was recruited to be an undecided Democratic voter in the Hawkeye Cawkhi & got trampled in the Obama stampede?....Just wondering.
When Dole resigned, we in Kansas were blessed to get Sam Brownback aka Switchback Sam to replace him in the senate. That is the reason I oppose having senators resign when running for the presidency.
A better rule would be that they simply cannot run while a member of the senate or house.
I wish states would implement legislation manating that if a governor or other state official runs for a national position, that with the announcement of their candidacy, their position becomes vacant on the next business day for their position, or of the legislative session. That way if they are in an off period, campaign to their hearts content.
Jeremy ......
That would work for me but it makes to much common sense....it will never happen.
Dudley, I checked out her comments at moonbattery on the spin off link. Damn! She sounds like my exwife.
Posted by: Jeremy on January 7, 2008 10:46 AMIn some states a person can run for congress and president at the same time. I think Taxachusetts is one of them.
Posted by: Denny on January 7, 2008 02:30 PMQuarterback for the Packers...
In a news conference Deanna Favre announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. Deanna asserts that she is qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years married to Brett while he
played QB for the Packers. During this period of time she became familiar with the definition of
a corner blitz, and is now completely comfortable with other terminology of the
Packers offense. A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.
Does this sounds idiotic and unbelievable to you? Well, Hillary Clinton makes the
same claims as to why she is qualified to be President and 50% of democrats polled agreed. She has never run a City, County, or State. When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the white house, Dick Morris stated 'so has the pastry chef'.
If anyone thinks she has what it takes to be POTUS needs to open their eyes, or at least wipe her's. BWAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Posted by: CharlieDelta on January 7, 2008 04:30 PMThe only "change" Hillary brings is more corruption and more Socialism.
Have any of you people noticed the national debt? Do you realize that our annual interest payment for 2008 will exceed $250 Billion?!!! That's right. $250 Billion with a fucking "B"!! And these liberals are proposing even more entitlement programs? Who the fuck is going to pay for all this? And don't say the rich will pay for it. I assure you. The rich know how to stash the cash, and the middle class will be left holding the bill in the end.
We can't continue down this path of credit spending. None of the candidates and I mean none of the candidates are addressing this issue. Has the country fallen asleep? Just think of what we could do with $250 Billion PER YEAR!!!! And most Americans don't even realize that most of these interest payments go to foreign creditors. So, no, that money doesn't even recirculate back into our own economy. Sickening. I believe interest payments are approaching or perhaps have already exceeded 15% of the federal budget. That's significant. And here the Democrats are throwing children's healthcare and universal health care for all. Fucking please. Would you 60s rejects hurry up and retire with your loot so we can start fixing these problems you created? Bunch of spoiled fucking brats. We went from the Greatest Generation to the Loser Generation. Get lost, Clinton.
Posted by: Paul on January 7, 2008 05:13 PMPaul, the problem isn't just with the President, it's also Congress. Gross mismanagement of our budget by both the Dimocrats and Republicans. One party wants to Tax & Spend, the other just wants to Spend.
You know what I think? I think we need to have some guy like Denny amending and approving the budgets that Congress conceives. Sit his ass down with a red pen and allow him to decide how our money is spent. We can save money, reduce the deficit, and won't have to raise taxes. Just quit spending money on dumb shit---like rebuilding New Orleans, funding the BATFE, and fighting AIDS in Africa. There. How many billions did I just save us in one sentence?

Being highly pissed & angry is one thing but the Liberal Socialist Tilt you are referancing was initiated with Franklin Delano Roosevelt who were he alive today be appalled at what his New Deal has been prostituted into by the Democratic Party.
Some 76 years of virtually unchecked new socialist programs have created a welfare class dependant on & loyal to the Democratic Party. This is their core base, the claim of the Democrats represent the working class is at best a cruel joke onto those who do work & an outrage to truth. These programs have destroyed the Black Family & are largely responsible for the social problems & crime rampant today with this minority of our population.
The assault of the Socialists who claim to be liberals has taken over our educational systems destroying any semblance of real education in favor of political control. It is more important for people to feel good about themselves rather then to succeed educationally ....it also makes it easier to BS & control them.
Likewise the Liberal Socialists control the mass media & have abandoned the policy of journalistic reporting of the news in favor of guiding, directing even manufacturing news to suit their political agenda. Truth is not neccessarily at the core of what is printed or presented. The internet has exposed this reality & the demise of the newspaper & mass media presentation for the news is proof of this.
Today those hard core socialists are bent on the abridgement of our constitutional rights , establishment of a purely Socialist system under their political control........All for our benefit.
The problem is those who vote & do not take the time to educate themselves as to what this country was founded on & the unique system established to protect each of us & our god given rights usually end up supporting the Democrats who offer any number or type of Government handouts to secure their loyalty. Freedom is precious but it took a revolution to secure it & requires continuing effort to maintain it.
The saddest reality is those who identify themselves to be moderate or independant but usually vote Democratic & unwittingly advance the Liberal Socialist Agenda without ever given any real consideration for the consequence of their actions.
This post could go on for page after page of Liberal Socialist Program Failure & constitutional assault but the point has been made ....you & those who feel as you do will have to continue to educate others to see the truth much as has the conservatives of my Generation been doing if we as a free Democratic Nation will continue to exist.
Posted by: dudley1 on January 7, 2008 07:01 PMGood post, Dudley1. I guess it starts here at the bottom. Message heard.
I support Fred Thompson.
Listen to the first few words... very telling: "Making change is not about what you believe...", further demonstrating she has no opinions, but would lead by people poles. We need a leader with principles and a direction, far far far from Mrs. Clinton!
As far as the Reps, there are things I like about Guliane, Huckabee, Romney, and Thompson. McCain just does not do it for me any more.

Posted by: Jumpboots187PIR on January 7, 2008 09:09 PMSpeaking of the woman who thinks she's "tough" enough to be the leader and Commander-in-Chief of the USA, check out how Hillary! reacts to a drop in the polls:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOOJjKnuQCQ
First Hillary! claims the other dimocrats are ganging up on her because she's a girl, now this. If Hillary! can set feminism back so far with her pissant whining and crybaby antics, imagine what she'd do to the country. How is this charlatan going to handle a real crisis?
Between Hillary!, Barack Hussein Obama's vacuous "change" and "hope" twaddle and John Edwards whoring his wife's cancer, the left should be proud of the three dolts they have running for President.
