A perfect example of a liberal asshat. Deface someone else's property, get caught in the act then shirk responsibility for your actions. He should be disbared. To bad he is a lawyer and will get away with what he did. It's a damn shame Lady Justice is no longer blind. Thanks Sally.
Posted by: kerrcarto on January 7, 2008 10:14 PMAs I've told other friends, here in Illinois we have the best judges that money can buy. And they're bought frequently.
I predict that this case will die in the summer because the Marine didn't show up for a deposition or appearance. The criminal charge will be dropped, as will the civil action.

I wish the marine would have kicked the shit out of him. Yea, I know he would have prolly been charged, but it would have been so much fun.

Not to mention that it would've been instant justice. Catch an asshole in the act and take care of the problem right then and there. Why waste more taxpayer money? Let's call it insta-justice...
Looks, and acts, like something they scraped off Michael Vick's shoes.
Posted by: Doc on January 8, 2008 07:51 AMHe was number one of the 1st thousand lawyers who came to America from Europe...he swam across and the next 999 walked across on the dead fish...or was it the dead furry seals..??
Posted by: Chappy on January 8, 2008 09:02 AMIts Lawyers like him who give the other 1% of them a bad name.
Has Sally been by to check it out? Maybe thats why we have not heard from her, she's too busy IMing the trud.
I have wondered what DanS has to say here......this guy is obviously very anti war which should be endearing but he dissed a marine which should trump all.....c'mon danS. what say you man?

My understanding is that's now taken care of. The Marine no longer is required to be here, and it's progresing forward.

Need I say more?
The quote came from Charlie Delta .... the sentiment is forged from extensive-friendship. The 'exactment'-of-sentence need never rise to anything other than this.
FYI: 'Forged' as used here, used in this context, means 'brought-forward using heat & hammer'.
Be sure to tune-in later today to see how this relates to 'Nazi-ism'.
