Let's go to the kitchen.

While she's kneading the flour, I'd like to do some kneading of my own.

Posted by: Pres on January 11, 2008 11:51 PMAlong that same theme - "Nothin' says lovin' like somethin' from the oven." I'd gladly put a bun in the oven.
Posted by: Rurik on January 12, 2008 12:40 AMFor some reason, I wanna make some bread...
Posted by: CharlieDelta on January 12, 2008 01:40 AMReminds me of the 1st Girl I took captive!
Today, we had spinach/shrimp lasagna made with holey-Swiss Cheese as the EOW (End-of-Workweek) Friday-night treat.
4 unexpected neighbor's came over and the loaves & fish unexpectedly extended to the point that each and all had second's before the coffee & cake was served.
I cleared the dishes.
The 14-year-old Daughter of the Neighbor jumped up saying SHE would like to CON-tribute; we let her wash the dishes.
If that be Socialism, so be it. Alla y'all go on hatin' & findin' FAULT in everything!
Here come the Cake made of walnut, pineapple, cream-cheese, graham-cracker crust and raisins!
Coffee needs no sugar for this concoction. All this with no plan whatsoever.
Such is a Friday at the end of a WorkWeek. Even if it spills into early Saturday AM.
Posted by: DanS. on January 12, 2008 01:58 AMFlapjacks making flapjacks. How appropriate.
gives the old term "roll her in flour" a much happier definition.
