A couple of issues:

I wear velcro shoes. Shoe laces require effort.

Pennies are what the Coin Star machine is for. Silver goes into the self checkout line at Krogger or Wal-Mart.

I would agree with most of them except the one about missing the people I used to work with. I guess I was just lucky in that I really did like the guys I worked with, both those who were in charge of me and those who worked for me. Really great guys.

Don't miss people I use to work with, either.

I like being retired and jumping back into bed when it's cold outside and sleeping until 10:30 or 11 a.m. ... thinking about all those people who had to get up, get dressed, put on makeup, do hair, fight traffic, and get their butts to work on time. Not to mention I get to wear pjs all day.

Seems I have it better than I thought!!!

I'm retired AND I have a full-time job! I go into work on Thursday from 1:30 in the afternoon until perhaps 3:45 ... and get paid for a 40-hour week (plus a VERY good Benefit-Package).

I'll be a SRF yet!
