Global warming News

Guess what? The tornados that hit the midwest were caused by global warming. Yep! Flipper is now a climate expert.

Politicians using tragedy to advance an agenda has been a tried-and-true strategy. Paint the idea green and a natural catastrophe became political fodder for former Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry (Mass.).

Kerry appeared on MSNBC on February 6 to discuss storms that have killed at least 50 people throughout the Southeastern United States. So, of course, Kerry used the platform to advance global warming alarmism.

We know that Algore is Pope Albert I of the Church of AGW. I guess Flipper must be one of his cardinals.

“[I] don’t want to sort of leap into the larger meaning of, you know, inappropriately, but on the other hand, the weather service has told us we are going to have more and more intense storms,” Kerry said. “And insurance companies are beginning to look at this issue and understand this is related to the intensity of storms that is related to the warming of the earth. And so it goes to global warming and larger issues that we’re not paying attention to. The fact is the hurricanes are more intensive, the storms are more intensive and the rainfall is more intense at certain places at certain times and the weather patterns have changed.”

You got that right Flipper. Last summer the southern hemisphere had one of the coldest winters in recent memory. China has had the coldest winter in 100 years. Aspen has set records for snowfall in December and January. And there is gonna be another 4 inches of global warming here in Aspen that might leave me trapped here for another day.

AGW = Bullshit!

Global Bullshit!

What! You mean to tell me Pope AlGore did not get the message out to Cardinal Kerry ...."who by the way served mass in Viet Nam"..... that Global warming causes less hurricanes because the increased windshear lessens or stops the hurricanes from intensifying...... GW Bullshit line item #101

I think Cardinal Kerry is a tad jealous of the Popes Nobel Prize & Oscar....after all he was a loser to GWB just like the Pope & he ain`t getting crap.
Oh well it don`t matter what the truth is, now that AlGore is the Pope ....he cannot be wrong, he will just put a word in with the angels in charge of the weather & change reality to what he says it is.
But, maybe just maybe, those Angels are a little pissed off about Cardinal Kerrys falsified War records & later anti-war activism to the point they will flip off both the Pope & Cardinal Kerry.

I think I will go buy another pair of mittins & some long underwear.

January 2008 was the 21st warmest year (10th coolest) in the last 30 years. Obviously being cooler then 2/3s of the last 30 years supports global warming because global warming sometimes makes it cool.

The thing that worries me most is that the temperature dropped by 0.638 degrees centigrade from 2007 to 2008. If it does that every year for a decade we’ll be in an ice age thus proving global warming. It appears that the earth no longer has a fever, it has a cold.

There is a story at http://wattsupwiththat.wordpress.com/

and the raw data is at http://vortex.nsstc.uah.edu/public/msu/t2lt/tltglhmam_5.2

"The thing that worries me most is that the temperature dropped by 0.638 degrees centigrade from 2007 to 2008."

The temperature dropped??? As in went down??? As in got colder??? It's only a matter of time until His Royal Jackass algore and his mindless Chicken Little minions led by John Kerry blame it on global warming.

BTW, was I the only one who had to read John Kerry's quote more than once to figure out what the fuck that shithead was saying?

They are now referring to it as "Climate Change", as in "Stop Climate Change!" But the climate has been in a continual state of change since the planet was formed. And these people think we can somehow stop that - or that we should want to? All it takes is a couple of minutes of actually stopping and thinking about it to realize the absurdity.

"All it takes is a couple of minutes of actually stopping and thinking about it to realize the absurdity."

But Peggy, don't you realize that would take some degree of intelligence and common sense of which the people that subscribe to this cult don't possess.

Toronto is snowbound. It's crazy. It's never been like this. The snowbanks on my street are three feet high. The snow refuses to melt. The sun has died. Everybody is cranky. Horrible winter. Another storm on its way...

McCain is going to fix global warming with a 50 cent a gallon gas tax. Good god we need a brokered convention!
