Bet she comes back to haunt his ass for that one.
I wonder what it will be like for him to spend eternity getting wacked along side the head with his severed left arm?
What was he thinking?
The thing about tattoos is you can’t change your mind after you get one.
They should have the lickem and stickem kind for people who want one for a day.
I wonder if that tattoo 'artist' is still alive...
Posted by: CharlieDelta on March 15, 2008 07:33 PMAm I missing something? Who is this supposed to be?
Posted by: gene on March 15, 2008 07:39 PMGene, the tattoo (and the arm it's embedded into) belongs to a piece of white trash. The girl in the photo is apparently his deceased wife in her wedding dress. Hence the phrase: in loving memory. The person you don't see is the shitty tattoo artist, who made the guy's wife look terrible, gritting her teeth like she's taking a hard shit.
Posted by: Marksman2000 on March 15, 2008 08:13 PMThe tattoo Artist turned his loving wife into a zombie.
Posted by: Doug on March 15, 2008 08:16 PMI don't know that that is white trash, looks kinda Mexican to me. However it is bound to make getting laid again a bit difficult.
Posted by: Daryl on March 15, 2008 08:37 PMI think it's sad. The woman in the photo is kind of attractive. The tattoo bears a distorted resemblance; it isn't a good portrait at all - creepy looking, in fact. Well, at least they'll grow old together, I guess, sort of.
Posted by: Peggy U on March 15, 2008 10:12 PMooh, that's bad, but not the worst work I've seen ... he (she?) needs laser tattoo removal ... 1 to 1-1/2 years of monthly treatments, a lot of discomfort and about $4500.00 can make that go away ... yeah, that's my job ...
Posted by: Tina on March 15, 2008 10:44 PMabout $4500.00 can make that go away ... yeah, that's my job ...
That's what "Kristin" said!
Posted by: Peggy U on March 15, 2008 11:29 PMCouldn't he just have a picture overlaid on the one that's there??
Posted by: Poker Player on March 16, 2008 12:11 AMAn Israeli tourist in the USA is visiting the Bronx zoo, when he sees a little girl leaning into the lion's cage. Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the cuff of her jacket and tries to pull her inside to slaughter her, under the eyes of her screaming parents.
The Israeli runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch. Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back, letting go of the girl, and the Israeli brings her to her terrified parents, who thank him endlessly.
A reporter has seen the whole scene, and addressing the Israeli, says "Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I saw a man do in my whole life."
"Why, it was nothing, really, the lion was behind bars. I just saw this little kid in danger and acted as I felt right."
" Well, I'll make sure this won't go unnoticed. I'm a journalist, you know,
and tomorrow's newspaper will have this on the first page. Where do you come
from?"
"I am on vacation from Israel."
The journalist leaves. The following morning the Israeli buys the newspaper to see if it indeed brings news of his actions and reads, on first page:
TOURIST FROM ISRAEL ASSAULTS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH.
Typical lion journalist ...
Posted by: Peggy U on March 16, 2008 04:47 AMI feel sorry for the guy who had that awful lookin' thing on his arm...He was trying to honor a presumed deceased loved one, & ended up w/Night of the Living Dead instead...
Posted by: Sandy G on March 16, 2008 09:38 AMI know a guy who put a tattoo of his mother on his thigh. Slightly better quality, but his thigh? Keep the lights out in the bedroom.
I can almost understand the arm if I understood getting tattoos in the first place.
Posted by: mech on March 16, 2008 10:37 AMUgh--it's the tattoo version of The Portrait of Dorian Gray.
I actually feel sorry for the guy who got this tattoo as a tribute to someone he must have loved--a misguided tribute, but well-meant nonetheless.
I wonder if this picture was taken as evidence to take the tattoo artist to claims court--or even as a defense exhibit in the trial following the murder of said tattoo artist?!
Posted by: Dar on March 16, 2008 03:09 PMBet it's a jailhouse tat...yes, CD, the artist is still around...doing time!
Posted by: vicki on March 16, 2008 03:35 PMIf I only saw the Tattoo and never saw the photo, I would have been certain the wife was really a dude!
Posted by: Darrell on March 16, 2008 04:04 PMWhadaya wanna bet that's what she looks like in 5 years?
Posted by: Ralph Gizzip on March 16, 2008 08:05 PMHey Mech I know that guy...kinda strange...runs the Bates Motel...place has nice views but the showers don't work well...

Photos at the last site...
Posted by: DaveH on March 17, 2008 12:32 AMIs tattoo removal really that expensive and complicated and time-consuming? i thought it was a simple affair--like getting an oil change.
Did I ever tell you about the lady I know who got a boob job on her lunch break? I swear to Gawd I'm not bullshitting you.
Posted by: Marksman2000 on March 17, 2008 12:51 AMI hate tattoos. My kid was never allowed to do that crap while he was under my roof, then he went off to the Navy in the S. Pacific. They all get them and it's so dopey, and I HATE it. I think that a few moments of self indulgence shouldn't lead to permanant scarring. I always tell him that the laser removal later is gonna hurt worse and that I'm gonna be laughing at his dumb ass.
Posted by: LisaKay on March 17, 2008 10:14 AMFaces are tough. I'm a glass artist and faces are tough. On glass, nothings permanent until you fire it and you can have many firings. You can slightly alter a previous firing. It's takes a lifetime to get really good. With ink, it's pretty damn hard to do a face. No do overs
