From Jon. As I say to able bodied people who park in crip spaces, "Oh. You must be mentally handicapped."
This qualifies.
Personally, I thought it was more effective when it showed the car *in* the handicapped spot...

We decided it was a fair call as her terminal socialism qualifies as a sevre mental handicap.
