man. John Wiley Price has been making an ass out of himself for years in these parts. I live in Collin County so I have a ringside seat. he fancies himself as quite the black messiah to our local snegros. I am so so so glad to see him get nailed nationaly on this one. When I was younger and cooked on a regular basis, I used to make angel food cakes, but I put food coloring in them to make them more interesting. Does that make me bigoted against white folk? Or would I be prejudiced against people the color of the food coloring I put into the cake? This is too complicated. Maybe I'll just be prejudiced against anyone who isn't a relative. I'll still have three different skin colors, every possible region of the U.S. except New England, and descendants of about every country in Europe, so I guess that should be enough.

Claudia: For sure. You know what bothers me? The way the English language has changed to observe gender "equity". It screws up appositive pronouns and sometimes messes with verb agreement as well. I don't know how many times I have seen something like this come out of the school:

Back when Clinton was President & the transfer of missle data to China for campaign money was in the news, one story surfaced where the Clinton Administration`s new Security Chief at White Sands/Los Alamos was incensed with finding color-coded security access cards & had the system replaced with a single color security access card to eliminate racist implications.
It was suggested this was one of the reasons for the missing computer data & files as this allowed previous unauthorized personel access to sensitive files & information.
The person in question was a Democrat of a racial extraction we dare not mention & female. Did this person precipitate the missing classified materials?.....I do not know, but it illustrates the ignorance which can blind common sense when racial correctness takes precedence.

The sad fact is .....If Obama wins the Presidency you can expect our Nations security to be placed in harms way with many appointees more concerned with getting even with whitey then the effectiveness of our Nations security system for protecting our top secret information.

Unfortunately this is not an isolated phenomenon as here in Western Pennsylvania we had a new Superintendent assigned to be in charge of the Prison in Albion .
This person also a Democrat of a racial extraction we dare not mention & female was sent here with a record of trouble, lax security efforts & failure at her last assignment.

In very short time rules & regulations formerly maintained were allowed to be compromised, morale suffered & complaints were being made regarding what what going on.

Then for the first time an inmate escaped. He had hidden in a trash container & was driven out through the open gates to freedom. Months later he was found in California where he was bragging to people how he had escaped.

It was determined the following had happened..

1. The trash container was non-standard & should not have even been there.
2. The guard responsible for checking refuse containers leaving the facility did not do so.
3. A prisoner was allowed to stay on a routine work detail unsupervised in the area where the escape originated.
4. This prisoner was allowed to remain on this detail for many months even though rules required prisoner assigments to be routinely changed.
5. No guard was watching the survellience equipment.
6. There is a double gate system which required the outer gate to be closed when the inner gate was to opened for prison access for service vehicles & vice versa when they were leaving. Both Gates were left open for access & egress in violation of existing rules & regulations.
7. Guards were charged with responsibilty to check all vehicles before entry & before leaving as to what was arriving & what was leaving....this was not done.
8. Another prisoner who helped the escapee get into the bogus container & aided the escape was in a restricted area he was not supposed to be in & obviously unsupervised.
9. Following the Escape, the Superintendent was suspended pending investigation.She was ordered to report for a disciplinary hearing.Prior to that hearing she was permitted to take early retirement without prejudice ...Retirement package is $78,000 yearly estimated.

Despite her poor job performance, no official blame or punishment was applied to her, some low level guards were fired or reassigned , a new Superintendent was installed who has since toughened up security & re-estabished enforcement of rules & regulations.

I suppose many wonder what does this mean as to an Obama Presidency? Expect more racially based appointments without regard for qualification or ability.The stupidity of what happened here locally will happen again & again unless some common sense were to be applied. So far nothing Obama has said or done indicates this is likely.

Having lived inside government for the last 20 years, I can think of MANY like our examples. I had a direct boss very similar to the one Dudley described. In two years she took an agency that had a national reputation for efficiency and made a shambles of it. We rank and file just bided our time until she paid herself enough rope and she was gone.
