Patrick - That's not Britt Hume. The three people from left to right are Perky Katie Couric (CBS), Charles Gibson (ABC), and Brian Williams (NBC). These are the evening news anchors for the major broadcast networks who are worshipping the Obamessiah on his pre-victory overseas tour.

The only flaw with the picture is their mouths aren't attached to the great and mighty Obamas ass. But I guess there is only room for two on the back Maybe Katie will take the front.

This picture is so appropriate. I mean what a fucking joke this is. And to add insult to injury, I read this morning that the NYT rejected McCain's editorial response to Obama's NYT editorial. Damnit, there ain't no bias in our media! Nooooooooooooo.

Today I saw CNN and the anchor was talking about how brilliant Obama was for not talking to the media. She mentioned how McCain has talked to the media an made a few gaffs making himself sound foolish, but Obama avoids the media which makes him intelligent.

It is too far over the top.

Obama,The Media,Fair/Balanced & History?

First , Fair & balanced.....Is there anybody left in America who thinks the main stream media is anything but the propaganda organ for the Democratic Party? Rush Limbaugh made a pointed observation as to the fact 49 % of the American pople now agree the Media is but a tool of & for the Democratic Party particulary Obama. Conversely only 14% feel that way with a belief for Republican bias.

Second,the MSM should be very ashamed of their unabashed hatred for GWB & their proactive role in promoting anybody from the Democrats regardless of qualification. Now they view Obama as the coming of the messiah & refuse to look at his feet of clay or total lack of substance. The silence of the MSM for fair & balanced presentation is going to backfire ..even some of their most faithful reporters are questioning the bias & ethical behavior which has stained the profession.

Third,as Rush so correctly stated the main stream media has lost so much market share & the newspapers are in freefall for subscribers it is obvious the majority of Americans no longer trust the liberal media & question the truth of their presentations.Dan Rather was not a fluke,his fall from power & subsequent disgrace is only because he got caught not that he lied.

History,does anybody remember Bob Dole & the criticism from the liberal media & the Democrats about him holding a Senate seat & campaigning for President? Bob did the honorable thing & resigned from the senate as he was not fairly representing his State. Where is the criticism for Obama & for that matter McCain? At least McCain has served his State for a number of years, whereas Obama has basically done nothing other then run for President.

More history,I have been a witness to the Presidential selection process since the days of Harry Trumans run for re-election in 1948...admittedly I was a very youthful observer then but I did like his attitude.In the old days we selected our candidates at the convention with a considerable amount of backroom dealings....it seems to me that with few exceptions that process at least assured candidates with ability & a fierce loyalty to the nation were selected even if the backroom deals were at times questionable. The antic of the current Democrats would not have been tolerated from within their party let alone the people.

Current status,without question, in my lifetime this is the sorriest selection of presidential candidates ever. It is really sad when you hope with fingers crossed a Vice Presidential Candidate with Talent & Patriotic loyalty is selected to give some sense of respect & ability to the ticket.

As a Commmander-in-chief, Obama is such a scary man. He says, to all who would hear, that he will withdraw the American soldiers from Iraq in 16 months. Then he will send more of them to Afghanistan. Can you picture Iran getting ready to jump on Iraq? And the Taliban, re-enforcing their position?

Why doesn't he shut his blabber mouth? He is putting all the soldiers in danger.
