Jerry Reed just died. He was an incredible guitarist. Bill sent me this video.

He said Jerry bummed a smoke offa him, talked to him for awhile, & my bud said Jerry was just as funny & outgoing in person as he was in "Smokey". And he & Jerry didn't know each other from Adam, but Jerry didn't know any strangers, apparently. RIP, Amos/Cledus/Jerry...
