Posted by: Claudia on February 17, 2009 05:52 PMThe steak course looks yummy-rific ;)
Posted by: LisaKay on February 17, 2009 06:33 PMChocolate soup....???? You must mean sauce.
Posted by: Claudia on February 17, 2009 07:48 PMI don't know about that Claudia. Here is a recipe for chocolate soup. Denny will be popping pimples with HAHA after eating that.
Posted by: Daryl on February 17, 2009 07:58 PMIt looks yummy, Daryl. I checked at Elisson. Chocolate soup is what they're having. Plus chocolate molten cake. Plus creme fraiche ice cream. I guess it's an attempt to sweeten grouchiness...
Posted by: Claudia on February 17, 2009 08:12 PMI don't think "Sweet Old Cripple" would be the same.
Posted by: Daryl on February 17, 2009 08:21 PMEven the wineries in Napa are suffering...well the middle and lower end of market. If ever in Napa, Denny let me know and you can try my family's wine...it's pretty good...to say the least.
Posted by: thud on February 18, 2009 03:46 AMWho thunk this one up?
By the time you get down to that last flight of Cabs, your palate is going to be so jaded you probably won't be able to judge them.
This tasting is going to be actual work for you guys. Let me know which one you think is the best.
I just got a nice Wilson Creek (Temecula Valley) Sauvignon Blanc, 2006, which I will have with your same pork tenderloin, minus the brioche, tonight.
Posted by: Rivrdog on February 18, 2009 01:05 PMRivrdog - My two favorites were the Cakebread and the Caymus.
