They are Norwegian; I am not sure when the vido was made, but you can clearly see the CORMAC containers being used as housing, so that means at least some of this was made at Film City in Pristina...definitely early 2000's. I got into a shitload of trouble for e-mailing this video to friends using the Camp Bondsteel e-mail server. Don't want to piss off the Serbs you know...
