Sunday Metal

Black Sabbath from 1970. This was from their Paranoid album. I had it on 8 track and I remember listening to it in my 1966 Mustang driving to and from Lake of the Ozarks in the summer.

Goood-O,

Back when I used to listen to Black Sabbath, I didn't know what an Ozzie Osbourne was.

Now when I see the old flcks, it's like the Ozzie I know isn't there. It's maby Botox gone Metal.

Hang on to that thought.

Is like the "Osbourne Identity" movie thing like a
biography of his life?

Hang on to that thought. I'm going to hit replay.

,,,,,Oh, yeh,

Ooooooooh!

I forgot to add:

"If you don't know who your Father is, ...it's just another Sunday."

Can I be a Conservative now?

Happy Father's Day to all GOC dads! DanS, I'm not sure you are categorizeable! ;) And I'm glad you're having a good one!

Denny,

I had the same 8 track, and a brand new 240Z to drive while listening.

Great Days!

categorizeable !

With that command of the language, can I have your children? Rather, can you have my children?

J/K! But, BRAVO on the use of the word "categorizeable"!

It's pluperfectly Excellent! :)

"I had the same 8 track, and a brand new 240Z to drive while listening."

Great Days is correct PeterT!

Cept I couldn't afford a Datsun 240Z so I had to make do with a yellow VW Beetle. Heater and defroster were basically non-existant. Had to scrape the inside of the windshield when my breath caused it to ice up. What a hoot!!

By the way, how long did it take (in days) for that Jap car to turn into a pile of rust?

'66. Fastback, coupe or convertible?

That was the problem with the 240/260/280 Z's. Rusted quarterpanels. I bought a 1978 280Z in 1982. Paid $5K for it. Had them sand and repaint the quarterpanels before I would buy it. Didn't help. They still were pretty rusted six years later when I sold it. I did love that car though. It drove great! It loved to cruise at 80. Cornered like a dream. In 1988 I traded it in for a 1984 300ZX. It wasn't as fun to drive.

Boss429 - Coupe. Stick six. Piece of shit. Will never own another Ford.

WOW!! Great song. My main comment has to do with Bill Ward the drummer. The drumming on this rates right up there with Kieth Moon on "Don't Get Fooled Again".
Loved Sabbath back in the day when Ozzie could make coherent sentences.
