Basically, once you click "I agree" it gives the government permission to take control over your computer via spyware/malware/cookies and have access to ALL the files. It's supposedly perfectly "LEGAL".
If you try it do it at work, preferrably on your boss's terminal, and NOT on you personal computer.

I tried to trade in my two senators, Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow, as they are the very definition of "clunkers" when it applies to politicians, but was turned down!
