Look out for Wellstone Redux. Remember when Paul Wellstone died and the Dims turned his memorial service into a rocking political event? Yeah. Me too.
Now we have the death of the Floater and the Dims are saying that we should pass gummint run health care as a memorial to the Fat Philanderer. I mean, it's the least we can do as a memorial to his years of service in the Senate. That would be the culmination of his legacy of "public service".
So let me get this straight. Because an alcoholic, philandering, cheating, murdering, treasonous, rape abetting, bloviating blowhard died we are supposed to destroy the best health care system in the world, while at the same time bankrupting the federal gummint.
Makes perfect sense to me. Here is what I think the Kennedy Memorial should look like.

Not saying that not reaching the rank of NCO means you are a dirt bag. In all branches it depends on length of enlistment, branch, and a lot of things. But I remember as a Private.Private Second Class, Private First Class and as a Specialist what I thought of some of the NCO's over me. However, in retrospect, I now realize that they were right 99.9% of the time.
