The Flight 93 memorial has still not been built. Eight years later! Sometimes I wish Flight 93 had finished its mission if the mission was crashing into the capitol. I know a few congresscritters we could do without.
Now our Kenyan-in-Chief has declared it a "National Day of Service and Remembrance". Service and Remembrance? WTF? I get the Remembrance part, but Service? Only a community organizer or a rat bastard commie could come up with that. But you have to remember, Jug Hussein Ears, Pelosi, Frank, Schumer, and the rest of the rat bastard commie Dimocrats view 9/11 as a speed bump on the road to their socialist utopia.

As 9/11 gets further back into the past, we can shrug our shoulders and say it was a one time thing. After we withdraw from Iraq and Afghanistan the Moo-slime world will love us. Why not? Lot's of facts you state can have additional comments that can be made, but the most significant one to me is that this is a war against Muslims (notice I didn't say Muslim extremists as I have yet to see a "moderate" muslim). Until this country wakes up and realizes that we must "neutralize" (how's that for a politically correct term) a certain group of people in this world, we will never be rid of the scourge that is Muslim. I think we could have achieved a lot more than we have so far if 1) Bush wasn't trying to be so "Civil" to these barbarians 2) The libs/socialists/dims would get out of the way and let our military do what needs to be done and 3) they dust off the Enola Gay for one more, nostalgic mission.

I'm not exactly sure what a "Day of Service" means in relation to an event that should refocus our determination and reinforce our purpose and rededicate our efforts toward removing all remnants of the mindset which concocted and perpetrated such despicable cowardice from the face of the planet.
It is typical, however, of a "community organizer" to blunt any purpose which detracts from his socialist agenda and might bruise the delicate sensibilities of spouse-abusing pedophiles whose avowed goal in life is to return to a 9th century caliphate devoid of such modern conveniences as laundering and laving facilities, which they rarely use anyway.
"Day of Service" seems nauseatingly parallel to the idea of molding children's minds to enumerate the ways and plan how they can help Precedent Obwana establish and administer his wealth-redistributing, free-lunch-for-everybody, apologize-to-the-entire-world nanny state.
Even the greatest socialist of them all, FDR, knew how to turn a ringing phrase with his "Day which will live in infamy." I doubt if "Day of Service" stirs much more patriotism and love-thy-neighbor than a room-temp glass of metamucil.

I volunteered for more active duty on the afternoon of 9.11.01 and stayed on for 38 more months.

We need to fight against it, and pray a lot if you're so moved, educate our kids, take back Hollywood, find some formidable republican leadership, and make a concerted effort to march on DC like those who are there today. I'm feeling bad that I'm not there.
