I think it's because they are f*g us in the a*** with all the new government programs and taxes that will be created--you can spread your "cheeks" wide open and it's still going to hurt! ...and vaseline is not on the approved drug list!
It seems to me to be a choice. We americans love to have a choice.
The choice is "Swallow this" or "Sit on it".
I guess that's what he calls bi-partisan.
