Who doesn't love a circus? It brings out the child in all of us. First we have the parade with all of the animals, clowns, acrobats, and other circus performers. And then on to the bigtop, or in many large cities, they'll use one of the big auditoriums. With any luck it will be a three ring circus and we will have the ringmaster telling us which ring we should focus our attention on.
And let's not forget the cotton candy and other goodies that we can get at a circus.
So with all this in store, I cannot comprehend why New York City is just a little bit upset that the Jug Hussein Ears circus is coming to town.
We have the wild animals: Khalid Sheik Dooshbag and some of his fellow terrorists.
We have the clowns: Eric Holder's band of merry men from the Justice Department.
We have the acrobats: Liberals and members of the LSM who are twisting themselves into pretzels while trying to convince us that it is a good idea to give constitutional rights to enemy terrorists. Ooops! I mean alleged enemy terrorists.
Hey, you people in New York City voted for all of this hope and change stuff. You should be happy that JHE decided to bring his circus to your town. And what could possibly go wrong?
Since most of the incriminating evidence against KS Dooshbag came as a result of waterboarding, it will be inadmissible in a court of law and it will be thrown out. And even if he confessed to stuff before the waterboarding, that will be inadmissible as well since he wasn't read his Miranda rights. This has me really scratching my head since I cannot understand why terrorists who are not citizens of this country have rights under our Constitution but I guess JHE knows more than I do because he once taught Constitutional law.
And what about jury selection? Are they gonna value Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) and make sure that the jury contains a diverse demographic? After all, he's entitled to be judged by a jury of his peers. To take that to a logical conclusion, a jury of his peers would have to be made up of Islamic terrorists, but perhaps, they'll just make sure there are a few Moo-slimes on the jury.
In truth, would any of you like to be on the jury? Not me. Yeah, I'd like to see this nutjob fry, but I would hate to have any Islamic terrorists find out that I was on a jury that voted to convict this goat boinker.
Heck, maybe KS Dooshbag and his band of terrorists can get a really good slimy lawyer, like John Edwards and get off. How neat would that be? It is not outside the realm of possibility.
Dontcha just know that KS Dooshbag will use this as a platform to spout his jihad nonsense. And the Islamic world will be watching. Think of all the really cool demonstrations of Moo-slime sheetheads we'll get to watch over the course of this trial. I can hardly wait.
So, New York City, grab some peanuts, popcorn, Crackerjacks, and cotton candy and enjoy the circus in New York.

If we stay on this train our Great Leader has bought us tickets for (with our money) and it stays on the same track he started it out on with the same engineer he gave the controls to, we're in for one helluva wreck.
Won't come as any surprise to me if some judge along the way sez he has no choice under the law but to dismiss the charges due to mishandling of the case from the get-go. And if we're using our system of criminal law, once he's charged and arraigned, jeopardy has attached and he can't be charged with the same "crimes" again.
I'll go along with BlameBush on this one up to the point The-Boy-Who-Would-Be-King decided it was time to make good on at least ONE of the pledges he made during the HopeyChangey campaign: Closing Gitmo. When he decided to try the non-US-citizen subhuman combatants as regular criminals rather than war criminals, he got his lips permanently locked in a vise grip on the donkey's dick.

Just make sure the US AirForce is fullly aware of the location & is ready to drop the mother of all bunker buster`s on the proceeding`s when the innocent verdict is read!
