I don't know if I understand what's happening. It doesn't seem believable. How many zeros in a billion? Those zeros are surrounding ZerObama and swallowing the country. Here,(a few old ladies, in Toronto) we really think the American people will rebel and do something drastic. America was built on free enterprise, not on charitable donations. I have observed that Americans have always been very generous sharing their surplus, but (rightly so) not their basic possessions. They always knew that giving parts of the capital would bring down the surplus they could share. Even I can understand that!!! Why not the Washington people? Does USA has one billion a year to give to other countries, with nothing in return?
