More Carnac The Magnificent

Alexandro created a graphic for the Carnac joke.

And just for Claudia's information, Carnac was a character created by Johnny Carson for the Tonight Show. And you can see where the "Rip. Blow." came from in my previous post. Once, they replaced the desk with a cardboard model that he fell right through when he did his prat fall.

I don't care how funny Jay Leno is, no one holds a candle to Johnny Carson. He owned the Tonight Show. I haven't watched since he retired. RIP Johnny. You were one of a kind.

My favorite Carnac the Great was - Bjorn Borg...

What is the sound made when two fat people make love?

Ed: "I hold in my hand, the last envelope."

Audience: wild applause

Carnac: "May your daughter's back never see the light of day!"

Denny - Thank you! It's hilarious...Costume etal! I liked Johnny Carson. I missed a lot of his shows when doing shift works, and living in bush countries. I might have seen a couple of "Carnac" but didn't make the connection. I'm laughing my heart out now. Thank you, Johnny! And all of you for bringing him back. Some people never die!

"Here comes boomer"
"What do the pilots of US Aircraft say as they fly over Tehran?"

I grew up watching Johnny & Ed. It is amazing how he could make so many laugh and not have to resort to a cuss word or two every sentence.

I tried to watch him every night and never missed an Anniversary Special. Thanks for posting Carnac. It brings back fond memories.

Awww, man...Riotously funny, but so sad to realise how many of the greats we've lost since then....

Piss on Jay "Dorito" Leno and Conan and all these other hacks. Johnny Carson was the best. I used to stay up and watch the Carson show when Gunsmoke came on right after it.

These days, I don't even own a TV. Nothing to watch anymore...

I grew up with him. He was one of a kind. US Navy WWII vet as well. Ed was a Colonel in the Marine Corps.
