AOTW 3-2-2012

I found out about this asshole too late to give him the award last week, so I carried him over to this week.

Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran, threw the case out after ruling that there was insufficient evidence. But then he berated the plaintiff in what appears to be an invocation of Sharia law.

The incident occurred at the Mechanicsburg, Pa., Halloween parade where Ernie Perce, an atheist activist, marched as a zombie Muhammad. Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim, was accused of attacking Perce. He was arrested by police.

Judge Martin threw the case out on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence, refusing to allow a grainy video of the incident to be entered in. But then he suggested to Perce that Elbayomy was obligated to attack Perce because of his culture and religion. Judge Martin stated that the First Amendment of the Constitution does not permit people to provoke other people. He also called Perce, the plaintiff in the case, a "doofus." In effect, Perce was the perpetrator of the alleged assault, in Judge Martin's view, and Elbayomy the innocent. The Sharia law that the Muslim attacker followed trumped the First Amendment.

WTF? I mean, seriously, WTF? This asshole is a judge? He presides over cases and shit like that? What has happened to this country that assault is allowed because someone makes fun of Mohammed (piss be upon him)? Sharia law trumps the First Amendment? What law school teaches that? This is an example of a judge who needs to be removed from the bench.

Judge Martin stated that the First Amendment of the Constitution does not permit people to provoke other people.

Since when? That's one of the purposes of the First Amendment. Free speech, even provocative speech. So I guess next time I see some Moo-slime provoking me with anti-American speech, I'll be justified into beating him senseless with a baseball bat.

And where's the ACLU on this? I know. Silence. That's because they're scared shitless of the Moo-slimes. Jews and Christians put up with their anti-religious screeds, but Moo-slimes don't.

Here "your honor", here's your award. I can think of a few other things I'd like to give you, like a few whaps with a cluebat and a royal bitchslapping.

Judge Martin stated that the First Amendment of the Constitution does not permit people to provoke other people.

What the fuck? Says who? How is the hell is he still on the bench with a comment like that? Provoking other people is exactly what the First Amendment permits among other things. Is this for real? This fuggin judge should be disbarred immediately and his past cases reviewed for other ridiculous bullshit like this.

The stinkbeard that assaulted the other dude should be beaten to a pulp by 12 of his peers, and then fined, and then deported...

Unfuckingbelievable!

I think Judge Martin is a Mooslime convert.

I live the Mechanicsburg PA area and according to the local tv news the outrage being directed toward the judge, the local authoriies acutally had to move the judge's office to a more secure location for the judge's saftey. Talk about adding insult to injury. Instead of adding security for the judge's protection, he should havebeen removed from the bench out right for not following American law.

Joebee.

The atheist had it coming. He begged for an ass kicking to begin with. Don't wave red flags in front of a bull

The Muslim shoulda been denied entry to the USA, in the first place. He's better off shaggin' goats in Arabia.

Both are dumbasses in my view. In a perfect world they should have had a real fistfight and both gotten the shi_ kicked out of each other.

So, Bioya1, what should have been done to the OTHER atheist who was dressed as Jesus? Or didn't you get that part of the story? BOTH were parading side-by-side. Only one got attacked. May this judge rot in hell where he belongs, along with EVERY "Law Enforcement" officer who enables him.

The atheist had it coming?? I guess it's OK to make fun of Christians, just not muslims. Too many people are asleep when it comes to this issue. WAKE UP!! If I wanted to tell a muslim -- to his goat-loving face -- that Mohammed was a pedophile and was a camel-fucker, the FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTS ME!! He would have NO RIGHT to attack me for my opinions.

Posted by: VegasMike on March 3, 2012 09:14 PM

No, VegasMike, not if you end up in Judge Martin's courtroom. And the "Law Enforcement" will back him NO MATTER HOW UNCONSTITUTIONAL his rulings may be. Because they don't need no steenkin' Constitution. They are the Blue Wall. And you sure as hell are not.
